Our platform utilizes managed SSL/TLS certificates through Google Cloud and Firebase. Certificates are automatically provisioned and renewed, ensuring your connection to our portal is always encrypted with modern standards.
To comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, all health records and PII are stored exclusively in Australian-based cloud regions, ensuring data never leaves the jurisdiction.
Transitioning from Legacy Systems
As we have transitioned to our modern, cloud-native architecture on Firebase, you may occasionally receive automated notifications from legacy hosting environments (such as cPanel). These systems may report errors regarding subdomains no longer in use (e.g. webdisk, cpcontacts). These notifications do not impact the security or availability of the Adjunct Medical portal.
